By purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions.Please read this entirely and carefully. This ToS is for individuals and not companies.You need to be at least 18 to request and use this service.Currently buying a licence for commercial use via PayPal is not an option!

Commercial prices and ToS that you will find here are for individuals ONLY and not applying to companies and groups of people doing mass production.

• If after claiming a slot you haven't responded in 24 hours, the slot will be cancelled.• I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.• I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" commissions.• Full sketch redraw: 1 time for free, every next one is 50% from the price. Fixes and changes: prices will be discussed.• Not for AI, NFT, crypto usage.! If you want some type of commission that is not presented here, I may be able to draw it, but, keep in mind, it will cost same as "Portrait" or more.

1.1 PAYMENT

Full payment upfront. Hipolink/Boosty (support bank card and PayPal) or PayPal invoice (+15% fee)Example to understand how prices will work:
PayPal invoice: $411.8 ($350/(100%-15%) = 350/0.85)
Boosty/Hipolink: $350Hipolink and Boosty will NOT be affected by fee.Personal Commission: Be able to pay in 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be cancelled. Maximum waiting time if you notify about it: 48 hours.Commercial Commission: base commission price in the next 24 hours after claiming a spot and the rest of the sum during the week (168 hours).

1.3 DO NOT DRAW

Comics / / Fetish / NSFW (any sexual content) / Romance / Self-portraits / Transformers / Political context / Drug usage

1.4 ARTISTIC FREEDOM

If you choose "Artistic Freedom" for your commission, you will not be able to choose:• • costume if you have several on reference
• • pose
• • emotions
• • lighting
• • background, etc.I will only need a character reference from you. Everything else will be up to me. If you ask, for example, a character to "show teeth" or "dark atmosphere" it will immediately lose "Artistic Freedom" status.
Process: I will send you only the finished illustration.
Fixes can be added on the final piece if I made a mistake in character design.
Check, which commission type has “Artistic Freedom”.
What may affect the price: If character has extra head(s) such as cerberus, limbs, wings, etc.

1.5 DEADLINE

Up to one (1) month depending on amount of projects. If you pay for the commission and don't respond in 5 days after me sending you a sketch, I will proceed with finishing it.
Can finish a piece in 24 hours, but it will be +100% of the price.

1.6 PROCESS

I will send you three stages: Sketch (main changes - pose, emotions) - Flat colours (minor changes - mostly colours, patterns) - Finished work.I can send more if you'll ask.

1.7 WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

High resolution and web JPEG files and link to speedpaint. Download them in 30 days, because they can be deleted later.PSD file cost extra 100 USD.

USAGE

2.1 Personal Use:

• Once a piece is commissioned, the Commissioner may use it for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.• Commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, shirts, and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY! (not for profit)• Commissioner may not claim the work to be your own, edit, or set it up for redistribution.• Do not post commissioned fanart in high resolution since it can be used by an individual who decided to make a profit from it. The web version of the commission will be included in the email.

2.2 Commercial Use (Commercial License):

• When paying upfront the full price we agreed upon, you can use commissioned artwork for commercial merch production ONLY! (Not for digital distribution)• Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.• Commissioner may not claim the work to be your own.• Commissioner are not limited by type and amount of merch products.• License for commercial use (not copyright):

Personal commissions can be changed to commercial ones, but the Commissioner will have to pay $1000 on top of the original commission payment.If you do not mention whether it's for personal or commercial use, it will automatically consider that it's for personal usage ONLY and not for any kind of financial profit.

The prices are for commercial use ONLY and not copyright one.

You acknowledge that you have read these terms, understand the terms of service, and will be bound by these terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that these terms of use represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us.

Custom Design (in process)

3.1 Base Info.

Price stars from $1500.

3.2 Usage

You can create merch with this character and sell it on Cons, Etsy and similar places. Use for RPs, DnD. You can resell it.

Without paying fees [+$1500], you can NOT use the design for mass production like creating mobile, PC, console games, animation/live action series or movies.
