Commercial prices and ToS that you will find here are for individuals ONLY and not applying to companies and groups of people doing mass production.
• If after claiming a slot you haven't responded in 24 hours, the slot will be cancelled.• There will be a watermark in the corner on hi-res finished version(s). Only the ones that were purchased for commercial use will have versions without watermark.• I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.• I reserve the right to use, modify and/or resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" commissions after one (1) month since it has been created.• Full sketch redraw: 1 time for free, every next one is 50% from the price. Fixes and changes: prices will be discussed.• Not for AI, NFT, crypto usage.! If you want some type of commission that is not presented here, I may be able to draw it, but, keep in mind, it will cost same as "Portrait" or more.
Full payment upfront: Lava.Top (Stripe and PayPal)/Boosty (bank card). For some commissions, direct PayPal payment is an option but ONLY as a friend/family since it's my friend's account and I prioritize protecting her, and I'm as Russain don't have PayPal anymore.Personal Commission: Be able to pay in 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be cancelled. Maximum waiting time if you notify about it: 48 hours.Commercial Commission: base commission price in the next 24 hours after claiming a spot and the rest of the sum during the week (168 hours).

If you choose "Freestyle / Artistic Freedom" for your commission, you will not be able to choose:• • costume if you have several on reference
• • pose
• • emotions
• • lighting
• • background, etc.I will only need a character reference from you. Everything else will be up to me. If you ask, for example, a character to "show teeth" or "dark atmosphere" it will immediately lose "Artistic Freedom" status.
Process: I will send you only the finished illustration.
Fixes can be added on the final piece if I made a mistake in character design.
Check, which commission type has “Artistic Freedom”.
What may affect the price: If character has extra head(s) such as cerberus, limbs, wings, etc.
Up to one (1) month depending on amount of projects. If you pay for the commission and don't respond in 3 days after me sending you a sketch, I will proceed with finishing it.
Can finish a piece in 24 hours, but it will be +100% of the price.
I will send you three stages: Sketch (main changes - pose, emotions) - Flat colours (minor changes - mostly colours, patterns) - Finished work.I can send more if you'll ask.
High resolution and web JPEG files and link to speedpaint. Any other format such as PNG will have extra payment (from $15). Download them in 30 days, because they can be deleted later.PSD file includes ONLY if you buy art for commercial use.
• Please, share WEB version publicly. I include them in folder where you download all the files.• I reserve the right to share WIPs and finished commission publicly (watermarked smaller version).• You can ask me to postpone the public share. If it was a commission for personal use: up to 40 days for free, and then $100 per month (ex. If it's even 41 days, this extra 1 day will cost you $100). If it was a commission for commercial use: up to 100 days for free, and then $100 per month (ex. if it's even 101 days, this extra 1 day will cost you $100)
• Once a piece is commissioned, the Commissioner may use it for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.• Commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, shirts, and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY! (not for profit)• Commissioner may not claim the work to be your own, edit, or set it up for redistribution.• Do not post commissioned fanart in high resolution since it can be used by an individual who decided to make a profit from it. The web version of the commission will be included in Google Drive folder.
• When paying upfront the full price we agreed upon, you can use commissioned artwork for commercial merch production, advertisement/promotions.• Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.• Commissioner may not claim the work to be your own.• Commissioner are not limited by type and amount of merch products.• License for commercial use (not copyright):

Personal commissions can be changed to commercial ones, but the Commissioner will have to pay same price on top of the original commission payment.If you do not mention whether it's for personal or commercial use, it will automatically consider that it's for personal usage ONLY and not for any kind of financial profit.

You can create merch with this character and sell it on Cons, Etsy and similar places. Use for RPs, DnD. You can resell it.
